1. Purpose & At-Will Nature
This arrangement is strictly at-will. Either party may end it at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. No fixed term is created. Sunday Sentinels™™ is not a party to this Agreement.
2. Acknowledgment of Matching-Only Role
The parties acknowledge that Sunday Sentinels™™ operates solely as an introductory matching platform, similar to a referral or dating service. Sunday Sentinels™™ does not employ, supervise, direct, or control either party.
3. Payment
The parties agree to: __________________, beginning __________________. Sunday Sentinels™™ is not a party to any payment.
4. Minors & Capacity
If the Student is under 18, the Parent/Guardian represents they have legal authority to enter this Agreement on the Student's behalf. Each party is solely responsible for verifying suitability, safety, and legal compliance.
5. Background Checks — No Guarantee
Sunday Sentinels™™ may facilitate but does not guarantee the accuracy or adequacy of any background check. Each party is solely responsible for their own due diligence.
6. Assumption of Risk
Each party voluntarily assumes all risks. Sunday Sentinels™™ makes no warranties regarding the character or suitability of the other party.
7. Indemnification & Release
The parties jointly and severally agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sunday Sentinels™™, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to this arrangement.
8. No Agency / Employment
Nothing herein creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Sunday Sentinels™™.
9. Dispute Resolution Between Parties
Disputes between the parties shall be resolved between them. Sunday Sentinels™™ shall not be named as a party in any such dispute.
10. Governing Law
South Carolina law applies.
11. Entire Agreement
This document is the entire agreement between the Parent/Guardian and the Sentinel and may be terminated by either party at any time.
