We collect information about college freshmen (some may be under 21). We require parental consent for users under 21 and provide parents/guardians with full access to their student's activity, including weekly reports, photos, and communication history.

• Weekly reports submitted by Sentinels
• Photos uploaded during weekly reports
• Connection requests and status
• Match preferences and feedback
• Ratings and reviews

• Matching: AI-powered matching between Freshmen and Sentinels based on preferences, interests, and compatibility
• Safety: Background verification, screening applications, monitoring for inappropriate behavior

• Parental Oversight: Providing parents/guardians with weekly reports, photos, and access to communication
• Platform Improvement: Analytics, feedback analysis, feature development

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

With Other Users

Profile Visibility: When you create a profile, certain information (name, photo, background, interests, location approximate) is visible to other users for matching purposes.

Contact Information: Full contact details (address, phone, email) are only shared after both parties have accepted a connection.

Parents/Guardians: Parents/guardians have full access to their freshman's Sentinel's contact information, weekly reports, photos, and can communicate directly with the Sentinel.

With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, data analysis, email delivery, payment processing, and background check services. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
